Make sure you're entering the correct room code (case-insensitive). The room code is typically 6 characters.

• Double-check the room code with the game host
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Try refreshing the page and entering the code again

Lost connection during a game?

Don't worry! Your game state is saved. Simply refresh the page and you'll see an option to rejoin.

• Click the "Rejoin Game" button when prompted
• Your chips and game state will be restored
• If you don't see the rejoin option, use the original room code

Chips not syncing with other players?

Real-time sync requires a stable connection. Here's what to check:

• Check your internet connection
• Ensure all players are in the same room code
• Try refreshing the page for all players
• Clear browser cache if issues persist

How do I install the app on mobile?

How long do game rooms stay active?

Game rooms remain active as long as at least one player is connected. After all players disconnect, the room stays available for 24 hours before being automatically cleaned up.
